It is totally interactive you pick your teacher from the list of many, sign up for an open appointment and depending on the teacher, the prices will vary from free to a $100.00 for helpouts. I did see some with time on them with time limits like 15 minutes, an hour, and some just say per helpouts.
There are real doctors on there doing some telemedicine, I don't know how I feel about that but with the state of Obamacare that might not be a bad idea.
